Bio-Recovery’s Vitamin E with Tocotrienols is a unique blend of natural Vitamin E (mixed Tocopherols, including d'alpha Tocopherol) plus 3 Tocotrienols in a rice brand oil base. Each soft gel contains the following: Natural Vitamin E, as mixed Tocopherols, 100 IU, and Tocotrienols 50 mg.
DIRECTIONS: A total of 1- 4 soft gels per day with food, depending on needs.
RECOMMENDED FOR:
- Those wanting a nutritional program, with the excellent antioxidant protection a Vitamin E complex provides.
- Protection against degenerative diseases: low levels of Vitamin E have been associated with various cancers, including colon, prostate, stomach, breast, oral, cervical, and lung.
- Cardio-vascular health and maintenance of kidney tubules, lungs, testes, liver and red blood cell membranes.
- Helping to prevent blood clots, which can help decrease the incidence of heart attacks and strokes.
WHAT ARE TOCOTRIENOLS?
Tocotrienols are a very important part of the Vitamin E family, with a unique "isoprene" tail. They are naturally found in abundance in rice bran and palm fruit oil, common in diets in the Far East, but deficient in Western diets (which generally contain higher amounts of the Tocopherols). Recent studies have shown that Tocotrienols have an impact in health, and disease that Tocopherols alone cannot provide, especially in the field of cardiovascular health and cancer prevention. The isoprene tails on Tocotrienols increases its mobility and allows it to locate in a cell membrane or a lipoprotein monolayer, resulting in enhanced scavenger of “free radical” abilities and greater antioxidant activity.
- These isoprenoids have anti carcinogenic properties, helping to combat the initiation and proliferation of these damaging cells.
- Recent studies have combined the use of Tocotrienols with the drug Tamoxifen in breast cancer therapy.
- Tocotrienols assist in preventing the progression of arteriosclerosis by protecting the lipid-carrying molecules of the blood such as LDL and HDL.
- Both Tocotrienols and Tocopherols have an important role in influencing serum cholesterol levels and their effects relate to cellular HMG-CoA reductase (or HMGR) suppression.
- Studies show that Tocotrienols, along with alpha lipoic acid, may have a role in preventing oxidative damage associated with ischemia.
What Are The Benefits of Taking Super E Plus with both Tocotrienols and Tocopherols?
- Vitamin E has been shown in numerous studies to be important in cardio-vascular health and have important antioxidant properties.
- Super E Plus combines natural mixed Tocopherols (d'alpha, gamma, and delta) with important Tocotrienols (d'alpha, gamma, and delta) to significantly increase effectiveness and give enhanced protection.
- Natural Vitamin E is fat soluble, and at least twice as potent as synthetic vitamin E.
- This Vitamin E formula has high biological activity, and is provided in a lipid base of rice oil to enhance absorption.
- It is necessary to include important Tocotrienols, which are deficiency in our diets, along with Tocopherols, since they are so important for good health.
- Tocotrienols and Tocopherols work together to reduce serum cholesterol, and have anti-carcinogenic properties.
- Medical research has noted the important anti-platelet aggregation properties of Vitamin E, showing its influence in vascular disease. Vitamin E's effect on prostaglandins and inhibition of platelet aggregation helps to prevent blood clots and it is often used, in conjunction with aspirin, to help decrease the incidence of heart attacks and strokes.
- Diabetics, whose glucose is uncontrolled, are more prone to atherosclerosis diseases. Also, in a study of 944 men, who had no diabetes at baseline, it was found that low vitamin E levels had an association on the risk of diabetes after the four years period.
- Vitamin E is important for healthy skin, and it enhances the antioxidant defense system necessary from exposure to environmental factors.
- Super E Plus is a bio-available complex of natural vitamin E, which is very important antioxidant necessary to help inhibit many chronic disorders.
- Desiccant pads are included in Super E Plus, as well of all of Bio-Recovery's high quality nutraceuticals, to insure freshness.
